We will take charge of all or some of your purchasing needs either recurrent demands or special projects. This will be done by Direct orders or by Tenders

Direct Orders

We will negotiate directly and openly with pre-qualified Suppliers (from your Supplier list if it exists and/or we will do a pre-qualification from “scratch”) and we will place the order directly with the best qualified Supplier as per the comparison table that will include price, quality, delivery time, payment terms.

Orders following a Tender

For more complex demands and important projects, we will proceed by following our Tender process which will be presented and approved by you (RFP/RFQ, Suppliers pre-qualification, bid, comparison, short list of qualified Suppliers, negotiations, order, etc.)
